Yes ! Both GYM and the Lounge are 24/7. Pool is open from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily.
Can residents reserve amenity spaces for private events?
Yes! Directly through our Loft App or in-person at the Leasing Office.
Is Wi-Fi available in common areas?
Yes! We have Wi-Fi for our residents that we provide to you at move-in.
Do you offer a guest suite for visitors, and what does it include?
We do not.
Is parking available onsite
Yes! We have unassigned parking available for our resident, Reserved Parking for $35 per month. There is available street parking as well located on Main Street.

How does package delivery work?
Packages are delivered to our HelloPackage room located near the Leasing Office. Codes are sent to the resident via text/email when the package has been checked by the courier. We have 24/7 Package Assistance as well.

Yes! We have an average of 2 residents events per month!

Yes, we are pet friendly.

Yes, we have breed restrictions.

Yes, we have a pet releif with courtesyrrelief bags located at the community.
Is there a pet deposit or a pet rent?
Yes, we have a pet deposit of $200 per pet and pet rent is $25 per month pet. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet.
